Aisha Smith
Mrs. Aisha Smith started her journey at RYAN in 2007 serving as a Senior Proposal Manager for 12 years. While serving as Senior Proposal Manager, Mrs. Smith was responsible for directing cross-functional teams in preparing qualifications, technical responses, and cost estimates in response to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for Federal, State, and Commercial clients – generating over $40M in revenue. Mrs. Smith modernized RYAN’s existing proposal management process to align with industry best practices such as CMMI®, PMBOK®, and Shipley providing for better consistency of content. In 2019, Mrs. Smith was promoted to Director of Operations. As Director of Operations, Mrs. Smith was responsible for the service delivery and managing customer relationships across Federal, State, and Commercial Information Technology (IT) services contracts. Mrs. Smith graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from Purdue University and received her Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
